Refund Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for Fauve by FlexPresets. It forms part of our Terms of Service. This version is effective July 17, 2026; charges made before that date remain covered by the refund policy that was in force at the time of the charge.
The English legal text below is the authoritative version.
1. Billing and renewal
Fauve is available as Fauve Plus (mobile only) or Fauve Pro (mobile and desktop), each on a monthly or yearly subscription. Subscriptions are prepaid for the billing term and renew automatically at the same price and interval until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and may be charged in TWD or USD depending on your region and purchase channel (the web/Stripe, the App Store, or Google Play).
2. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. If you subscribed on the web, manage or cancel your plan from your account’s billing settings, which opens our payment provider’s (Stripe) billing portal. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, manage or cancel from that store’s subscription settings.
However you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed afterward. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused part of a term.
3. Refunds
We do not offer discretionary refunds. Once a charge is made, it is final, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise or as described below. The free tier involves no charge and therefore no refunds.
4. App Store and Google Play purchases
If you subscribed through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, your purchase is billed and fulfilled by that store, and refunds are requested from and decided by the store — we cannot issue them directly.
Request an App Store refund from Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Request a Google Play refund at https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence. Where a statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) applies to digital services, note that by starting to use paid features immediately you may be asked to acknowledge that you lose that right once the service has been fully performed. If a mandatory refund right applies to you, we will honor it.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is resolved.
