What about refunds?
App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded through the store's own process. Everything else follows your local statutory consumer rights — we don't offer discretionary refunds, but you can cancel anytime.
How many devices can I use?
Sign in on your Mac, Windows PC and iPhone with one account. Workbench and pocket studio share one subscription and one look library.
Are mobile and desktop the same subscription?
Yes. One subscription unlocks every platform; there is no separate pricing.
Does it auto-renew? Can I cancel?
It renews at the end of the term. Cancel anytime from your account page — access continues to the end of the current period.
What formats can I import?
Video: from ProRes RAW, ProRes, DNxHR, Log footage and 10-bit HEVC to everyday H.264/HEVC — in MOV, MP4, MXF, MTS/M2TS, MKV and AVI containers, decoded natively by the desktop app (ProRes RAW on macOS). What can I export?
